Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific training methodologies
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training and exams
• Deliver technical preparatory training for enterprise needs
• Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training
• Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities
• Maintain training documents and materials; develop induction programs
• Monitor trainees progress and manage development with managers
• Ensure all statutory training requirements are met and explore e-learning options
• Research and present new learning technologies and methodologies
