Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to design, implement, and enhance training and development programs for our Tier 2 / Fleet Response Specialists. You will create curricula, deliver end-user and enterprise training, and continuously improve learning initiatives.

The role requires strong facilitation, project management, and communication skills, with up to 25% travel. A college degree is preferred and excellence in training delivery is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to create and deliver training programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with end-user, partner, and distributor training.
• Knowledge of e-learning concepts and tools.
• Ability to monitor progress and evaluate training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific methodologies.
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training with curriculum, training and exams.
• Deliver technical preparatory training based on enterprise needs.
• Lead training projects and motivate trainees to achieve goals.
• Continuously improve training programs across the organization and adapt to changes.
• Develop induction programs and maintain training materials and documents.
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met and explore e-learning options.
• Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
• Maintain Code of Conduct adherence among trainees.
