Job summary

TaskUs in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to design and expand training programs for Tier 2 Fleet Response specialists. You will develop curricula, deliver technical and end-user training, and maintain training documents while aligning with enterprise initiatives.

The role requires up to 25% travel, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and strong communications, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the standards and expectations through your conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams for general preparatory courses
• Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements
• Develop and create effective induction programs
• Monitor and review trainees’ progress and liaise with managers
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met and explore e-learning packages
