CBRE Development Trainer collaborates with business units to identify learning needs and design, develop, and roll out high-level programs and training content across the organization.

This role sits in Talent, Learning & Development, focusing on implementing and evaluating employee development plans and programs to support CBRE’s strategic objectives. The position offers a salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content clearly.
• Ability to analyze solutions using technical experience to apply judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
• Technical career and pathway development experience preferred.
• Advanced math skills for complex calculations.
• Intermediate CSOD, LMS familiarity and ADDIE method.

Responsabilidades

• Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content & Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
• Create evaluation and measurement tools for platform offerings.
• Identify needs and recommend smart CBRE learning solutions and facilitate updates.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop content and update training materials and curriculums.
• Approve and manage communications and marketing plans for new courses and updates.
• Audit, evaluate, and report to ensure content and programs comply with governance guidelines.
• Review training metrics and feedback to evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Stay current with learning industry trends and best practices and apply them.
• Gather and analyze data to solve complex problems with minimal precedent.
