• Develop, implement, and deliver training programs for staff at Florida Credit Union.
• Create courses using authoring tools such as Articulate, Biteable, Canva, and Paycom LMS.
• Collaborate with AVP and SVP to evaluate training progress and update curriculum.
• Ensure training materials comply with state, federal, and local regulations.
• Coordinate department events and maintain training resources and records.
