Job summary

ProFed Credit Union is seeking a Learning & Development professional to support employee growth and organizational success through facilitation, onboarding, training coordination, content development, and learning program support.

You will partner with the Director of Training and Development, employees, leaders, and subject matter experts to deliver engaging learning experiences that promote performance, operational excellence, and exceptional member service across branches and departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a credit union, banking, or financial services environment.
• Self-motivated with commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly with a creative mindset and willingness to explore innovative learning solutions.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Experience with Keystone core processing system; familiarity with learning management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging instructor-led training programs in virtual and classroom environments.
• Deliver onboarding, operational, product, service, and member experience training.
• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of onboarding experiences.
• Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to ensure effective development opportunities.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials and facilitator guides.
• Ensure learning content remains accurate and aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate training logistics, registrations, schedules, and program evaluations.
• Perform basic Learning Management System (LMS) functions and learner support.
• Additional duties as assigned.
