Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions focused on Front Office positions and mentor new FSRs at branches.
• Conduct Sales and Service training companywide.
• Design, update and coordinate training materials and tests for compliance and product knowledge.
• Develop measures of training effectiveness and track progress.
• Prepare training materials and maintain training records.
