Job summary

Dade County Federal Credit Union in Miami is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, coordinate and deliver training across the organization, with a focus on Front Office roles and member experience. You will prepare training materials, maintain records and support the Learning & Development department in scheduling and executing programs at the Main Branch and other locations.

Qualified candidates have training experience, a high school diploma, knowledge of adult learning

Qualifications

• Prior training experience required.
• Knowledge and application of adult learning concepts.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Excellent organizational and general filing and typing skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions focused on Front Office roles and mentor new staff.
• Design and update training materials and online content.
• Develop measures to track training effectiveness and progress.
• Compile materials and keep training records up to date.
• Assist in creating training calendars and coordinating events.
• Schedule training facilities and ensure clean, organized spaces.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development department.
