Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Training, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and LMS software.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in training or staff development; financial institution preferred.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate quality training programs to support business objectives and plans.
• Identify training needs with department managers and determine instructional methods.
• Assist with onboarding and new employee training.
• Coordinate training schedules with employees, managers, vendors, and other resources.
• Develop training materials for existing and new processes and procedures.
• Ensure training plans align with the company’s goals and marketing plans.
