Job summary

GreenState Credit Union is seeking a Training Specialist to assist in developing, presenting, and coordinating employee training across job functions. You will work closely with Human Resources partners, department leaders, and subject‑matter experts to deliver engaging programs and mentor staff.

You will coordinate with Talent Acquisition and HR for class preparation, review course materials, and continuously refine training opportunities to improve outcomes and engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of industry or related experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and credit union software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, present, and coordinate employee training across functions.
• Build relationships with HR partners, department leaders, and subject‑matter experts.
