Job summary

THE·TEAM in the United States is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to help bring leadership development programs to life, from planning to live execution, across in-person and virtual activities.

You will work closely with team members, facilitators, vendors and participants, creating materials, coordinating logistics, and supporting participant communications and assessments while gaining hands-on experience in program management and events.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proactive and ownership mentality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Help bring Learning & Development programs to life, from early planning through live execution.
• Keep projects moving by managing timelines, dates, and facilitator needs using Asana.
• Support participant communications, assessments, and surveys.
• Create and prepare materials participants will use in programs.
• Coordinate onsite experiences including venues, hotels, AV, swag and meals.
• Collaborate with team members, facilitators, and external partners on projects.
