Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to help bring leadership and development programs to life. You’ll gain hands-on experience across program planning, participant communications, events, materials, and onsite experiences.

You’ll work closely with team members, facilitators, vendors and participants, building materials and coordinating venues, hotels, AV, and logistics for in-person experiences.

Qualifications

• Seeking organized individuals with attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and ownership mindset.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Interest in learning & development and events.
• Experience with Asana is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help bring Learning & Development programs to life, from early planning through live execution.
• Keep projects moving by helping manage timelines, key dates, facilitator needs, and project plans using tools like Asana.
• Support participant communications, assessments, and surveys.
• Help create and prepare materials participants will use throughout their programs.
• Get involved in the details that make in-person experiences run smoothly, including venues, hotels, food and beverage, AV, swag, dinners, supplies, and participant activities.
• Work alongside team members, facilitators, and external partners on a mix of short and long-term projects.
