THE·TEAM is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to help bring leadership and development programs to life. You’ll gain hands-on experience across program planning, participant communications, events, and onsite experiences.

No two weeks are the same. You’ll support preparation, facilitator coordination, participant materials, offsite experiences, and live training. You’ll work with team members, facilitators, vendors and participants to create impactful learning experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Students must be able to receive academic credit from a U.S.-based college or university.
• Open to undergraduate and graduate students.
• Spring 2027 internship starts January 26 and ends April 30, 2027.

Aufgaben

• Help bring Learning & Development programs to life from early planning through live execution.
• Keep projects moving by assisting with timelines, dates, facilitator needs and project plans (Asana).
• Support participant communications, assessments and surveys.
• Create and prepare materials participants will use in programs.
• Assist with in-person experiences including venues, hotels, food & beverage, AV, swag and activities.
• Collaborate with team members, facilitators and external partners on various projects.
