Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking an Learning & Development Intern to help bring leadership and development programs to life. You’ll assist with planning, participant materials, events, and onsite experiences, gaining hands-on exposure to the full program lifecycle.

You will collaborate with internal teams, facilitators, vendors and participants to ensure smooth execution and strong participant experiences in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to receive academic credit from a U.S.-based college or university.
• Open to undergraduate and graduate students.
• Program runs Spring 2027: Jan 26, 2027 to Apr 30, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Help bring Learning & Development programs to life, from early planning through live execution.
• Manage timelines, key dates, facilitator needs, and project plans (e.g., using Asana).
• Support participant communications, assessments, and surveys.
