THE TEAM seeks a Learning & Development Intern to help bring leadership programs to life, from planning to live execution. You’ll assist with participant communications, materials, and onsite experiences, gaining hands-on exposure to event logistics and program coordination.

You’ll work with facilitators, vendors, and teams on a mix of short and long-term projects, using tools like Asana and Microsoft Office while gaining valuable development experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Bring Learning & Development programs to life from planning to live execution.
• Help manage timelines, dates, facilitator needs, and project plans in Asana.
• Support participant communications, assessments, and surveys.
• Create and prepare materials used in programs.
• Assist with venues, logistics, AV, and participant activities for on-site events.
• Collaborate with team, facilitators, and partners on various projects.
