Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to help bring leadership and development programs to life. You will gain hands‑on experience across planning, participant communications, events, and onsite experiences, collaborating with team members, facilitators, vendors, and participants.

You will assist with timelines, materials, assessments, and surveys, and help create participant materials while supporting in‑person logistics and activities to ensure a smooth learning experience.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, resourceful, and takes ownership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Interest in learning and development, leadership development, or program management.
• Familiarity with Asana is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help bring Learning & Development programs from planning through live execution.
• Support timelines, key dates, facilitator needs, and project plans in Asana.
• Assist with participant communications, assessments, and surveys.
• Create and prepare materials used in programs.
• Coordinate on-site logistics including venues, hotels, catering, AV, swag, dinners, supplies, and activities.
• Collaborate with team members, facilitators, and external partners on short and long-term projects.
