Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to help bring leadership development programs to life. You will gain hands-on experience across planning, participant communications, events, and onsite experiences.

You'll work with facilitators, vendors, and participants, supporting materials and participant activities while learning how great learning experiences are built from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a U.S.-based college or university for academic credit.
• Open to undergraduate and graduate students.
• Spring 2027 internship runs Jan 26, 2027– Apr 30, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Help bring Learning & Development programs to life, from early planning through live execution.
• Support participant communications, assessments, and surveys.
• Create and prepare materials participants will use throughout their programs.
• Coordinate venues, hotels, food & beverage, AV, swag, dinners, supplies and activities for onsite experiences.
