Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to help bring leadership programs to life. You’ll gain hands-on experience with program planning, participant communications, events, creative materials, and onsite experiences.

You’ll collaborate with team members, facilitators, vendors, and participants, assisting with timelines, materials, venues, and live trainings to deliver engaging experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be able to receive academic credit from a U.S.-based college or university.
• Open to undergraduate and graduate students.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Help bring Learning & Development programs to life, from planning through live execution.
• Manage timelines, key dates, facilitator needs, and project plans in Asana.
• Support participant communications, assessments, and surveys.
• Create and prepare materials participants will use throughout programs.
• Coordinate in-person event details (venues, hotels, AV, swag, meals).
• Work with team, facilitators, and external partners on short and long-term projects.
