Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Development Trainer in Atlanta to design, develop, and roll out high-level training programs across Learning Resources, Content & Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations. You will partner with SMEs to refresh materials and campaigns, and ensure governance-compliant delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and math skills, and proficiency with CSOD/ LMS platforms and MS Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content concisely.
Advanced math skills for calculating percentages, fractions, and financial figures.
Experience with Learning Management Systems and ADDIE methodology preferred.

Responsibilities

Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content & Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
Create evaluation and measurement tools for platform offerings.
Partner with subject matter experts to develop content and update training materials, programs, and curriculums.
Approve and manage communication and marketing plans for new courses and updates.
Ensure content and programs comply with governance guidelines through audits and reports.
Review training metrics and feedback to evaluate learning effectiveness and drive goals.
