Job summary

CBRE seeks a Development Trainer to partner with business units, designing and rolling out high-level training programs. You will develop content, manage curricula, and oversee learning platform operations to support organizational needs.

You will evaluate platform offerings, work with subject matter experts, and drive updates to ensure accuracy and governance. Strong CSOD/LMS experience and ADDIE methodology are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate complex content concisely.
• Ability to analyze solutions using prior judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Intermediates with CSOD or LMS and ADDIE method.

Responsibilities

• Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
• Create evaluation tools for platform offerings.
• Partner with SMEs to develop content and update training materials.
• Approve and manage communication plans for new courses and updates.
• Ensure content and programs comply with governance guidelines.
