Job summary

ABB US ELSE Commercial Operations seeks a Training & Capability Development Specialist to build and execute a comprehensive learning strategy supporting business transformation and workforce development.

You will partner with leaders to translate processes into effective learning experiences, develop SOPs, and manage onboarding and role-based development. A strong background in instructional design and digital learning tools is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
5+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, training, or organizational capability building.
Strong facilitation, content development, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of training and capability-building initiatives aligned with business transformation goals.
Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning programs.
Create training materials, job aids, assessments, and SOPs to support employee success.
Coordinate onboarding, upskilling, and role-based development programs.
Maintain LMS content and track training participation and effectiveness.
