The Recruiting Hive is seeking an Operations Manager for our Freehold, NJ site. You will lead a fast-paced manufacturing team, champion continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma, and drive safety-first culture across multiple shifts.

You will collaborate with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning and logistics to achieve site goals, manage budgets, and mentor a high-performance workforce. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Minimum seven years of operations manufacturing management experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, personal care, food or beverage manufacturing environments.
• FDA regulated environments experience.
• Experience leading 100+ reports (direct/indirect).
• Root-cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• Experience overseeing 24/7 operations.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• Budget management experience.
• ERP experience.

Aufgaben

• Directs 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, throughput, reliability and cost targets.
• Designs and deploys continuous improvement strategy using Lean and Six Sigma methods.
• Lead coaching, hiring, onboarding and succession planning for site teams.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning and logistics on site objectives and product launches.
• Manage budgets, labor planning and operating expenses; advise site leadership on long-term growth.
