Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager for a Freehold, NJ site. The role will lead a fast-paced production team, champion continuous improvement, and foster a safety-first culture across a multi-shift operation.

You will coach and mentor direct and indirect reports, ensure accountability, and drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives while partnering with maintenance, engineering, and quality to achieve site goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; ideally technical field.
• 7+ years of operations manufacturing management experience.
• Experience overseeing production in pharmaceutical, personal care, food or beverage manufacturing environments.
• Experience in FDA regulated environments.
• Lead large teams with 100+ indirect reports.
• Strong root-cause analysis and corrective-action experience.
• Experience managing 24/7 operations.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• Budget management experience.
• ERP experience required.
• MS Office proficiency (Word/Excel)

Responsabilidades

• Directs 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, throughput, reliability, and cost targets.
• Designs and deploys continuous improvement strategies using Lean and Six Sigma methods.
• Leads coaching, hiring, onboarding, and development of supervisors and team leads.
• Partners with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning, and logistics on site-wide objectives.
• Manages departmental budgets, labor planning, and operating expenses; advises leadership on capital investments.
