Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• 7+ years of operations manufacturing management experience.
• Experience overseeing production in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/food/personal care).
• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• Experience leading large teams (100+ reports) and 24/7 operations.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred; Lean experience highly valued.
• Budget management and ERP experience.
• Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Directs 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, throughput, reliability, and cost targets.
• Designs and deploys continuous improvement strategies using Lean and Six Sigma methods (5S, TPS, Kaizen, standard work).
• Builds high-performing operating teams with clear accountability, coaching, and succession planning.
• Collaborates with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning, and logistics to eliminate recurring equipment issues and improve site objectives.
• Manages budgets, labor planning, and capital investment recommendations to drive long-term site growth.
