Job summary

Brodie League is hiring a League Manager to run a local Brodie venue end to end. You will lead a floor crew, manage payroll, scheduling and athlete experience, and drive growth in your market. This full-time on-site role requires a strong operations mindset and community presence to keep games on brand and full of athletes.

You report to a District Manager and collaborate with a City Launcher in new markets. Expect evenings, weekends, and steady weekly duties to sustain a high-energy league.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 3+ in service or sports operations.
• Proven ownership of recurring programs or locations.
• Strong presence in gym or field environments and community ties.

Responsibilities

• Lead your floor crew (10–15, up to 20) and ensure branding and standards.
• Run game night with on-time starts and live streaming; finalize reports within 4 hours.
• Own athlete experience and respond to messages within 24–48 hours.
• Meet retention and growth targets; collaborate with City Launcher for new teams.
• Schedule, payroll, and admin tasks across the site; ensure readiness for next events.
• Hire, train and develop your crew; build checklists for smooth operations.
