Job summary

Brodie Rec League is hiring a League Manager to lead a local Brodie venue end to end in Boston, MA. You will manage game nights, staff, athlete experience, scheduling, payroll, and outreach to keep the gym full.

As a full-time onsite role reporting to the District Manager, you’ll own the season from setup to closure, hit retention and growth targets, and coordinate with City Launcher in new markets while upholding Brodie standards and culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a team of 3 or more in operations (sports, hospitality, or retail).
• Ownership of recurring programs or seasons with system-based processes.
• Warm presence that makes a gym full of athletes feel welcomed and remembered.
• Fully committed to a full-time role with game-night availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor crew of 10–20 staff on game nights, ensuring brand standards.
• Run game night to the Brodie Standard with on-time, live-streamed games.
• Manage athlete experience: respond to messages within 24 hours; follow up on complaints within 48.
• Hit retention and growth targets; drive referrals and maintain CRM touchpoints.
• Schedule seasons, playoffs, and all-star events; manage rosters and logistics.
• Oversee payroll, timesheets, stats, and admin tasks with timely reporting.
• Maintain weekly CRM visibility; coordinate with District Manager and City Launcher.
