Job summary

Brodie League is seeking a League Manager to run a location end to end, including payroll, scheduling, league health, and outreach to keep the gym busy. You will lead a floor crew, ensure every game starts on time, and uphold the Brodie Standard with a strong focus on athlete experience.

You report to a District Manager and may work with a City Launcher in smaller markets. The ideal candidate has prior leadership experience, a passion for basketball and a track record of running recurring

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading people in hospitality, sports operations or related fields.
• Warmth and presence to welcome athletes and build a community.
• Fully committed to a full-time role with evening and weekend availability.
• Experience with CRM, payroll, timesheets or scheduling tools is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor crew (10–20 staff) on game nights, ensuring on-brand execution.
• Ensure game nights start on time, are streamed live and documented.
• Manage athlete experience, respond to messages within 24 hours, and handle complaints within 48 hours.
• Drive retention and growth through outreach, captain relationships and referrals.
• Schedule season components and manage equipment, jerseys and venue logistics.
• Approve staff timesheets, maintain standings and ensure overdue balances are collected.
