Job summary

Brodie Rec League in Seattle is seeking a League Manager to run a Brodie location end to end, leading a floor crew and ensuring every game starts on time and on brand.

Beyond game nights, you own payroll, scheduling, league health, captain communication, and community outreach to keep your gym full and engaged. The District Manager provides support as you grow the league in your market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading people in restaurants, hospitality, retail, fitness, events or sports operations.
• Proven ownership of something recurring – a weekly shift, location, program or season.
• Warmth and presence in a gym setting and ability to make athletes feel welcomed.
• A real relationship with basketball and local community networks.
• Fully committed to a full-time role with evening and weekend availability.
• Local and on-site presence with reliable transportation.
• Comfortable selling and following up; CRM and tooling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead your floor crew. Schedule, brief and lead every staff on game nights.
• Run game night to the Brodie Standard: on-time starts and live streaming.
• Own the athlete experience: greet captains and respond to messages within 24 hours.
• Hit retention and growth targets: re-signings, referrals, and community outreach.
• Build and run the season: schedule regular season, playoffs and all-star events.
• Own the admin nobody sees: review staff timesheets and payroll accurately.
• Run your week without being chased: keep CRM updated and plan ahead.
• Build a location that runs without you: train crew and create checklists.
