Job summary

Brodie Rec League is seeking a League Manager to run a Brodie location end to end, from game night operations to payroll and scheduling. You will lead a floor crew, ensure timely starts, and uphold the Brodie Standard across all activities.

You report to a District Manager and will collaborate with a City Launcher when growing in new markets. This full-time role requires on-site presence, strong basketball community connections, and a proactive approach to operations and staff development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading people
• Ownership of a recurring program/season
• Warm presence in a gym setting
• Love for basketball and local community
• Full-time availability including evenings/weekends
• On-site in local market and reliable transportation
• Familiarity with CRM, payroll, timesheets or scheduling tools

Responsibilities

• Lead your floor crew: schedule, brief and manage staff on game nights
• Run game night to the Brodie Standard with timeliness and live streaming
• Own the athlete experience by engaging captains and players
• Hit retention and growth targets through re-signing, referrals and CRM logging
• Build and run the season: schedule regular season, playoffs and all-star
• Manage administrative tasks: timesheets, payroll, stats, balances
• Work independently on non-game days and maintain visibility with the District Manager
• Create a self-sustaining location through training and handoffs with the crew
