Job summary

Brodie Rec League is seeking a League Manager to run a location end-to-end in Boston, MA. You will supervise a floor crew, ensure game nights run on time and on brand, and manage payroll, scheduling, and league health with accountability to the District Manager.

You will lead athlete experience, handle captain communications, and drive retention and growth through outreach, partnerships, and CRM logging. This is a full-time on-site role at your venue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading people in service, sports or retail settings.
• Proven ownership of recurring programs or seasons.
• Warm presence making gym environments inviting for athletes.
• Real connection to basketball or local community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule a 10–20 person floor crew on game nights.
• Ensure on-time, on-brand game nights and accurate reporting.
• Manage athlete experience and responsive captain communications.
• Drive retention and growth through outreach and partnerships.
• Plan season events, playoffs, and all-star logistics in PlayerOne.
• Handle payroll, timesheets, and admin tasks to keep operations smooth.
• Maintain weekly updates to District Manager via CRM.
