Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Leader in Training to join the Saint Cloud dispensary leadership team. You will rotate through core operations, experience, and people functions, driving a positive customer journey while preparing for an Assistant General Manager role.

You will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities, and support in-store promotions, inventory management, and team development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in customer service or retail environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of scheduling and operating procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations to ensure compliance and smooth customer flow.
• Lead and develop team members, optimize the customer journey, and support promotions.
• Coordinate inventory, deliveries, and POS transactions with accuracy.
