Job summary

Green Thumb Industries in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Leader in Training to supervise daily dispensary operations and optimize the customer journey. You will rotate through critical functions, gain subject matter expertise, and fast-track to Assistant General Manager, while delivering memorable in-store experiences.

The role emphasizes leading teams, participation in Leader On Duty shifts, and maintaining omni-channel customer experiences across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (i.e., varying shifts incl. mornings, days, nights, weekends) to meet business needs
• Must have reliable, responsible and dependable attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb.
• Must have a solid understanding of Cannabis laws, rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate action items with management.
• Oversee intake and verification of deliveries and inventory management, ensuring vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and regionalized in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling, processing payments, discount applications, and cash maintenance.
