Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Leader in Training to join our dispensary leadership team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will rotate through critical functions to gain expertise in operations, customer experience, and people management, progressing toward an Assistant General Manager role.

You will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities to staff, and help optimize the customer journey while ensuring compliance with local and state regulations.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations and supervise team members.
• Support management with compliance, inventory, and security processes.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure coverage during shifts.
• Lead in-store promotions and champion customer experience.
