Qualifications

• Three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must have a valid driver's license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in overseeing all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Oversee inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Lead team members to execute programs and localized promotions.
• Handle cash processing, discounts, and cash maintenance; supervise team execution.
