Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a Leader in Training to join its dispensary leadership team. The role focuses on supervising daily operations, guiding team priorities, and optimizing the customer journey while rotating through core dispensary functions to build subject matter expertise.

You will participate in Leader On Duty shifts, drive in-store promotions, and support omni-channel experiences across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery to ensure a consistent patient and customer

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass background checks; 21+ and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate inventory actions with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and inventory in the vault.
• Lead team members to execute programs and regional promotions.
• Handle cash and ensure accurate payments and cash handling.
