Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) in Dunnellon, FL to join the dispensary leadership team. You will rotate through operations, experience, and people functions to gain subject matter expertise and prepare for the Assistant General Manager role.

You'll supervise daily store activities, help communicate priorities to team members, ensure a compliant, customer-focused journey, and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment focused on cannabis.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to maintain compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate action items with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and POS operations.
