Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a Leader in Training to join the RISE Dispensary leadership team. The LIT role focuses on rotating through core dispensary functions to support operations, experience, and people, with a fast track toward becoming Assistant General Manager.

You will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities to staff, and optimize the customer journey while gaining subject matter expertise across key store functions.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
• Must pass required background checks and have valid ID

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing the execution of all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate inventory action items with management.
• Oversee intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management, ensuring vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to effectively execute programs, initiatives, and regionalized in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling, including processing payments, discounts, and cash maintenance.
