Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a Leader in Training to join the RISE Dispensary leadership team. This role rotates through critical functions to support operations, experience, and people, putting you on a fast track to growth toward Assistant General Manager.

As LIT, you will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities to the team, and help optimize the customer journey across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery channels.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb
• Must have a solid understanding of the Cannabis laws, rules and regulations, and a passion to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws.
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Supervise dispensary operations and ensure compliance.
• Oversee inventory and deliveries, vault accuracy.
• Lead and motivate team; participate in on-duty shifts.
• Deliver consistent omni-channel customer experiences.
• Support scheduling and training of team members.
• Assist with promotions and loyalty goals.
