You will help oversee inventory, promotions, and team coaching, with a focus on delivering memorable customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must understand and comply with Green Thumb rules and cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate inventory actions with management.
• Lead team members to execute programs and promotions, and manage cash handling.
