Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a Leader in Training to support the dispensary leadership team in daily operations and delivering memorable customer experiences. You will rotate through critical functions to gain expertise in operations, experience, and people, with a fast track to growth toward an Assistant General Manager role.

You will supervise shifts, coach team members, and ensure execution of programs while maintaining compliance, inventory accuracy, and exceptional customer journeys

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service or retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Ability to work a schedule with varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends
• Reliable attendance mandatory
• Must be 21+ years old and pass background checks
• Valid driver’s license or state ID required
• Understand and comply with Green Thumb policies and cannabis laws
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations for compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate action items with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers and vault accuracy during inventory processes.
• Lead team members to execute programs and regional promotions.
• Demonstrate cash handling and payment processing, and oversee cash management.
