CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. This program runs 16 weeks with virtual and hands-on learning to prepare you for leadership in a CVS pharmacy setting.

You will learn from a network including your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach, while performing duties in customer service, merchandising, and inventory management to drive store results.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is a plus.
• A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
