Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The SMIT program runs 16 weeks with virtual and hands-on learning, supported by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

The program prepares you for progressive store leadership, with a structured rotation through core responsibilities, and a focus on customer service, merchandising, and profitability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is desirable.
• A four-year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
