Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the United States. This 16-week, development-focused role combines virtual and hands-on learning to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position.

You will work with a District Leader, HR Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to gain leadership experience, customer care excellence, and merchandising accountability. Opportunity to promote within the market is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in a manner consistent with CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market and transfer to CVS Pharmacy stores as needed.
