Job summary

Tower Loan invites driven individuals to join its Manager Development Program, a full-time path designed to train Trainees in consumer finance and leadership. Over 10-12 months, you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and branch operations, while earning competitive pay and incentives.

You will become proficient in customer service and relationship-building, learn to recruit and manage staff, and contribute to meeting and exceeding office goals.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
