Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Assist Manager in achieving office goals and learn management duties such as delegating workload and reviewing loan documents.
• Support development in recruitment, staff development, and leadership as part of the program.
