Job summary

Tower Loan provides a 10–12 month Manager Development Program for aspiring managers. You will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

You will develop leadership skills, manage workloads, recruit and develop staff, and support the branch in achieving goals. This is an on-site role with a clear path to promotion within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and support management duties including delegation and performance management.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
