Tower Loan is seeking a Manager Trainee for its Manager Development Program in consumer finance. In 10–12 months you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations—while earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending services.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in meeting office goals.
• Support management duties such as delegation and loan document review.
• Develop leadership skills across recruitment, training and performance management.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
