Job summary

Tower Loan is offering a full-time Manager Development Program designed to train Trainees in customer service, sales, and branch operations. The 10–12 month program emphasizes leadership skills and hands-on experience while earning competitive pay and incentives.

Participants will gain exposure to marketing, finance, and day-to-day management duties, with a clear path toward leadership roles within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibilities including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
