Job summary

Tower Loan offers a full-time Manager Development Program designed to prepare Trainees for leadership roles in consumer finance. In 10-12 months you will gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations while earning performance-based incentives.

You will develop leadership capabilities, manage staff activities, and contribute to meeting office goals within a growth-focused, promote-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management and leadership.
