Job summary

Tower Loan offers a full-time Manager Development Program designed to train future leaders in consumer finance. Trainees gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations, with performance-based incentives and a clear path to leadership.

The program runs 10–12 months with comprehensive training and internal promotions. You’ll develop skills across customer relations, marketing, and loan operations while supporting the manager to exceed goals and learn management

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
